‘Tis the season for pomegranates!  Does anyone else get excited when they see stores start to carry pomegranates at this time of year?  It’s the little things that remind us the Holiday season is here and make us smile.

For this month’s recipe, we decided to give you a two for one punch on antioxidants as both blueberries and pomegranates are great sources. If you decide to add the spinach you will be getting an even bigger nutritional boost.   For this smoothie, we went with Prisma Natural Sport because we thought that the citrus flavors would complement the smoothie well, but you can use any type of Prisma Natural collagen powder.  Hope you enjoy!
